10 Indispensable foods for people with car sickness

Eating bread, drinking ginger tea or smelling lemon can help you reduce symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, and nausea when being in a train or car.


Fresh ginger: According to Live Strong, ginger is one of the best foods to relieve upset stomach symptoms when you get car sickness. It works to calm the senses, giving you a comfortable, calm mood.
