Salad can be appetizers, served as main dishes or snacks if you like. Don't think of salads as merely a fresh vegetable mix. Let's see the following variations!


Gado-Gado (Indonesia): In Indonesia, you can find Gado-Gado salad, meaning "mix" anywhere. To make salads, people often mix a lot of ingredients together like chayote, potatoes, beans, corn, bean sprouts, boiled eggs, tempeh (Indonesian dishes made from fermented soybeans). The food that connects all the above ingredients is the classic peanut butter sauce.


Tuscan Panzanella (Italy): The classic Tuscan Panzanella salad in the country looks like a boot that combines harmoniously bread and tomatoes, onions, herbs, vinegar, salt. Among them, bread, usually old bread soaked in olive oil is the main highlight of this unique dish.
