9 questions to help you understand yourself better

Instead of waiting for someone to understand you, you should spend time answering questions in your life around to understand yourself better.

1. How do you judge yourself?

Many people often value themselves based on the opinions of the people around them. However, that is someone else's mindset, and what you think about yourself is really important because no one knows you better than you. Other people may say you are weak or incompetent but if you still believe in yourself, be persistent with the passion you pursue. People often look at external results to make judgments, but you are the one who creates the process towards the goal.

2. Are you wasting time?

No one knows for sure how long everyone will live but it is important to know how to use your time wisely. Are you wasting your time or don't know how to spend your time? Think about how to use the current time and activities or relationships that make you depressed. From there, you should consider whether you should spend a lot of time on that.

The first answer that comes to your mind is the most important thing you think about. If you regret not spending enough time with your family, this is what you need to cherish. If you regret not caring about your health, you should take the time to take care of yourself more.

4. What bad habits should you give up?

What you do every day will have a big impact on what happens to you later. If you eat a lot of fast food every day, your health and physique will be negatively affected. If you stay up late, the next day you will feel tired and have no energy to work. To improve the quality of life, you should consider giving up habits that do not bring positive things to yourself and everyone around you.

5. How do you treat people?

Many people appear briefly every day, so sometimes you don't bother with how you treat them. You may not care about the cashier at the clothing store or the coffee shop attendant. Consider if you are living with your own story, not someone else's. Don't feel sorry for anything you did. You should use the past to rewrite new stories for the future, and don’t forget to use the experience learned from previous times to avoid repeating the old mistake.

8. Are you in the right way?

Have you ever wondered why you never received anything good in life? You have tried your best and even doubled your efforts, but the last thing you got just made you more disappointed.
